If Ronvida Health has called you, mailed you a device, or appears on paperwork from your doctor’s office — this page explains who we are and what to expect.

Who we are

Ronvida Health works on behalf of your doctor. Your physician asked us to help keep an eye on your health between visits — using a small home device (like a blood-pressure cuff or scale) and a team of U.S.-licensed nurses who review your readings every day. Your doctor stays in charge of your care and sees everything we do.

Why we call you

Our nurses call for good reasons: to welcome you to the program, to check on you when a reading is outside the range your doctor set, to help with your device, or for a monthly check-in. Calls show as Ronvida Care Team. We are happy to verify who we are — you can always hang up and call your doctor’s office to confirm before speaking with us.

What we will never ask for

We will never ask for your Social Security number, credit card, bank details, or payment over the phone. If anyone claiming to be Ronvida asks for these, hang up and report it to us and your doctor’s office.

Using your device

Your device works right out of the box — no smartphone, no Wi-Fi, no setup. Take your reading as your care team showed you (usually once each morning) and it reaches your nurses automatically. If a device breaks, gets lost, or runs out of supplies, call us — replacements ship to your home at no charge.

What it costs

Medicare Part B covers this program. The standard 20% coinsurance applies, which supplemental (Medigap) plans typically cover. We explain this clearly during enrollment, and you can ask us about it any time — no surprises on your statements.

This program is not emergency care

Daily monitoring helps your doctor spot trends early, but it does not replace urgent medical care. If you feel seriously unwell, call 911 or contact your doctor’s office directly — don’t wait for a monitoring call.

Email hello@ronvida.com and we’ll get you to the right nurse. You can also leave the program at any time — just tell us or your doctor, and we’ll arrange device return with no obligation.
